How do you being and grow a disability ministry in your church? This second part covers practical steps on how to begin and structure a disability ministry including praying for a vision, and how to start recruiting leaders for this ministry. Donna and Debra suggest getting a buddy classroom program started, this helps promote inclusion in the classroom and shows that God loves all children.
